If you wish to know more about us, then please read on. We are expats, we’ve lived in several fascinating places on this planet including England, Finland, France, Spain and Germany and also travelled many more.
Having experienced just about everything possible when relocating to a foreign country and stupidly pointed at an item in a store, we know how it feels to be foreign and outsiders. We have chosen to live at times in places where locals have been unable or unwilling to speak our language. We often noticed something that would later define this concept.
Having been fined by the authorities for not informing of a move, we have learned the importance of knowledge. That’s why we started doing what we are doing. Put simply, we are experts who wish to support others who find themselves in similar situations with our Amazing Capitals regional and city expat guides.
Since learning stuff is such fun, we decided to create emotional country guides for those who wish to know more about their hosts. These can be found on Amazing Concepts where the first, Germany’s Great, tells a story about the Germans and Germany with many insights. Projects on this site include the Smile Days, which is good for everyone, and the Du Project, which is good for the German society.
And whilst we were on the move a wonderful idea was born. In Bunyola on the wonderful Balearic island of Mallorca to be precise. It concerns the young. They are our future yet some youngsters lose out on the best of life. So we are forming Village Green, our non-profit creative centre for less fortunate children in the European Union. We have a long way to go and it will be marvellous.
Thanks for joining us, Garry
