The property required could be an old administrative building or school situated near the centre of a town in its own grounds. Or perhaps an old chteuax or family residence. The building needs to be structurally sound but can be in need of renovation and refurbishing. Up to two years will be allocated for converting the place to a wonderful residence.
A couple of large rooms will inspire the children to interact and communicate. Others will be dedicated to fun learning in creative ways. A library will be created with books from every country where the children originate from. An upper floor will be turned into a cosy, secure area for the children to relax and sleep under careful protection.
Regulations for use as the Village Green children’s creative centre will need to be upheld and some security aspects implemented to enable opening.
